Romantic Spring Wedding in the Chicago Suburbs

I have so many favorite photos and memories from this day and these two. I knew from the first photo I took at their engagement session last summer that they have a love that is so natural and effortless - a connection that explains itself.

It was a beautiful day - from the weather, to the decor, to the words shared by their loved ones, to the love woven through every moment. Not to mention that gorgeous RR that made an appearance for the most stylish ceremony entrance and exit; what made this special touch even sweeter was that Santi’s parents rented a Rolls Royce on their wedding day in Argentina. And their their portraits??? Jaw on floor - holy models!!!

The toasts and speeches touched on how kind and accomplished they both are and how important these two have been in their friends’ and families’ lives, with lots of happy tears along the way. I thought it was so funny and sweet how, during the father of the bride’s speech, he said how he & the bride’s mom used to talk about how in the earliest days of B&S dating, they would talk about how they hoped that Santi “wouldn’t break up with ‘us’” because of how much they loved him and felt he was a part of the family from the beginning.

I had the biggest cheesiest smile on my face watching their first dance. They went with the iconic “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” for their first dance song, and the way Santi picked Bella up and spun her around in the most perfect, rom-com way right when the beat dropped and then continued to leave it all on the dance floor for the rest of their song, fully in step with each other with their eyes locked.
